Going to East Central Community College and working a full time job is a challenge. This semester I am enrolled in 2 online classes. I have taken traditional classes (the ones where you sit in a classroom) as well. Either way you choose to gain a higher education you need to be dedicated. If you do not show up to a traditional class you are dropped. If you do not do your online assignments you are dropped. Working full time and having a home to run makes classes hard to do. You need to set aside special time for class work. Usually for me it happens when others are watching television or in bed. There are people at home that do not realize that there are deadlines that online students must meet to obtain a grade for their class work. Keeping good grades is already something that most students find hard to do, including me.
I work a full time job that sometimes requires overtime and man let me tell you what! It is hard to come home after a very long shift and come home to have to put the brain to even more work.
